Airline Cookies

If you've flown American Airlines, you've probably had the lovely little 2-pack of biscuit-cookies that they pass out as a snack: Biscoff. These lovely, crisp cookies have a deep brown-sugary flavor, not too sweet, with a hint of cinnamon. These cookies are not available in stores. But you do not have to purchase a plane ticket in order to enjoy the Biscoff (although I might have considered it). You can purchase them online.

I bought the "snack pack," a box containing 12 packages, each of which contains eight 2-packs. Even though it's terribly wasteful, I admit I love the package-within-a-package factor. The 2-pack is a perfect little snack. Or, okay, two 2-packs. I keep an 8 pack of 2 packs in my drawer at work. It's cookie math!

They have other cookies, too, which are probably delicious.

But I love the Biscoff -- the airline cookie. (They actually call it that!)
